Andrew's horror novella, 'The Bathtub', is now available.

The Bathtub

The germ of the idea for my violent horror novella, ‘The Bathtub’ came after reading Richard Laymon’s brilliant novel, ‘Quake’ several years ago.  Laymon’s story is about a woman who is trapped in a bathtub after an earthquake.  My story is completely different but still features a pretty woman (Lizzie, in my case) stuck in a bath through no fault of her own.

Lizzie shares her predicament with two colleagues who are chained above the bathtub.  All three are at the mercy of the vengeful Cassandra, who has come to settle a grudge - several grudges, actually.

This story vies with ‘Snuff’ for the ‘honour’ of being my most brutal publication to date.  However, like ‘Snuff’, I hope ‘The Bathtub’ is plot driven rather than being dominated by the violence, which I’ve tried to put in context and make vital to the plot.

A big thank you to Harrison at Grinning Skull Press for taking on the story.

And here’s the blurb:

Elizabeth had always fantasized about two of her handsome co-workers, but she knew better than to start anything while she worked side by side with them. Now that she's about to leave the bank for a new job, her wildest, naughtiest fantasies are about to become a reality. But a home invasion wasn't part of what the threesome had planned, and now her wildest dreams are about to become her worst nightmare—in more ways than one.
